The SM0303S, is the high-resolution model in the SurfaceMeasure-S Series. It offers an accuracy of 9 micrometres and a resolution of 13 to 17 micrometres in the X direction. The 2929S features the series’ largest field of view and working distance – 292mm wide by 290mm deep – while achieving a scanning accuracy of 65 micrometres.
