A new way of contacting FANUC Service

FANUC is proud to announce the introduction of a new service system for requesting service support no matter the time of day or night. Starting from April 2024, FANUC CNCs started shipping with software enabling the use of the new FabriQR system.

This system is designed to enable a smarter and more flexible way of getting service support in times when your machine stops working.

This FabriQR sticker has been attached to FANUC Robomachines and Robots for a few months already, and it is now starting to be rolled out on all CNC machines.

Operation is simple and easy to use. Simply scan the QR code on the CNC screen, or the FabriQR label on the machine with any smartphone

For CNCs shipped after April 2024 from FANUCs factory, the QR code screen is enabled as part of the alarm screen. When viewing the alarm screen, simply press the FabriQR softkey and the QR code will be displayed.

For machines that do not support this software, with your permission, FANUC will begin to attach FabriQR stickers to your machines, that will enable this function.

How to use FabriQR
Operation is simple and easy to use. Simply scan the QR code on the CNC screen, or the FabriQR label on the machine with any smartphone. This will open the FabriQR contact us page.

On this page simply fill in the details of the problem you are experiencing, upload some pictures if you want to, tell us about the problem, agree to the privacy policy and then click submit. FANUC Service will then call you back to assist further or arrange a call out to your factory.

The biggest advantage of this system is that FANUC will receive details about your machine from the QR code, so will know the controller model, hardware and software specifications already. This will save some time that is normally spent sharing these details with us.

You can also submit a FabriQR enquiry any time of the day or night and we will call you back as soon as someone is available.

FANUC Service will then call you back to assist further or arrange a call out to your factory
