Amada Johannesburg has been operating in South Africa as a branch of Amada Company Ltd. since 1984. By not being represented by an agent, we are able to concentrate on one brand and back the equipment up professionally.
Amada Johannesburg has its primary facility in Meadowdale, Germiston and has offices in Durban and Cape Town. These offices currently support the Amada range of equipment throughout South and Southern Africa as well as the Southern Indian Ocean islands. The company has its own in-house service department with personnel who undergo continual training at the headquarters in Japan to ensure after sales service quality.
As one of the world’s largest machine manufacturers for the metalworking industry, Amada Co. Ltd., with headquarters in Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan and company stocks listed on the Tokyo and Osaka stock exchanges, is involved in manufacturing both CO2 and fiber laser machines for the sheet metal world, as well as many other metal forming machines.
