Kennametal has recently announced the launch of eight new products, aimed at expanding and supporting their existing metal cutting tool platforms. With a commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of metalworking, Kennametal offers cutting-edge solutions for various metal machining needs.

The Drill Fix PRO indexable drill is a notable addition to their lineup, offering high metal removal rates and delivering high-volume coolant flow. With a wiper included in every outboard insert, the drill guarantees exceptional performance.

The KenDrill Deep HPR is a deep-hole drill that is specifically designed for steel and cast iron. Meanwhile, the KenDrill Micro is a micro drilling set that is ideal for short and deep-hole applications in small-part machining. The Dodeka series has also been expanded, featuring high positive inserts with 12 true cutting edges per insert.

The solid end milling grade KCSM15A is the latest addition to the HARVI III, HARVI III Aero, HARVI II Long, and RSM II platforms. This new grade guarantees superior performance and is designed for high-speed cutting. Additionally, Kennametal has also launched the stainless steel and high-temp alloy indexable drilling grades KCMS40 and KCMS35, both of which offer high adhesion wear resistance.

In addition to these new products, Kennametal has also introduced Mill 4 12KT HD geometry inserts and fine pitch cutters, which are ideal for highly interrupted cuts. Finally, the KenShape MaPACS (brazed) and MaxPACS (indexable) countersinks are designed for manual CFRP countersinking applications, making them a must-have for metalworking professionals.
