Hermle AG have been manufacturing state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machining centers in the southwestern German town of Gosheim since 1938. Established when Berthold Hermle set up a bolt and machine screw manufacturing company, Hermle AG machining centers and milling machines are setting the standards of precision machining and will empower your business to take on challenging manufacturing challenges.

The C 650 machining center supplements the top end of the Performance Line series

The company has been offering automated solutions since the 1990s that include fully automated individual machines and the implementation of completely networked and integrated manufacturing processes. The company estimates that there are some 30 000 plus Hermle machines installed across the globe. Hermle has a single-minded focus on machining tools. Its customers tend to be high tech industrial users involved with toolmaking and mould construction, medical technology, electronics and chip industries, packing technology, the optical industry, the aerospace industry, energy technology, as well as the automotive industry.

Hermle AG, are manufacturing mineral casting beds for their machines in-house and thus becoming less reliant on external supply chains. Mineral casting is a very low-energy solution and the products are easier to dispose of without generating hazardous waste. Mineral casting of machine beds are used for the C 250, C 400, C 650, C 12, C 22, C32 and C42 models of the company.
